Home Visits

Serve to Protects core services include periodic, scheduled and frequent visits to the absentee home-owners property. These visits are weekly, or at the owners behest. Peace of Mind. We will provide you with date and time stamped Activity Reports after each of our visits; to keep you appraised of the external/internal condition of your home. We will make recommendations, if and when required. Each visit will be tailor made with your needs in mind, including such activities as Vehicle exercising, Mail retrieval and forwarding, as requested by you. Your wishes are our command. These visitations are priced starting at $45 per visit. Pricing will depend on the size, type and location of the property. Please contact us to discuss.

Security Assessments*

With your family's safety in mind, we administer a comprehensive interior and exterior residential security analysis accompanied by you, the home owner. The purpose is to harden your home to potential unforeseen events. Most importantly, the recommendations and suggestions made are primarily focused on your family safety and security. This is a one time assessment which is very sought after by our clients.

House Sitting*

Continuous home inspections may pin-point areas of your home that require preventive maintenance and/or outright repair. Any activity at your home being performed by third party vendors will be supervised by Serve To Protect. Importantly, we will be send you an activity report and secure your property after the visit. You choose the service provider, we house sit in your stead.
